snippets of life lately
it's definitely been an adjustment having kevin work long hours all day. i wake up early in the morning with him to help make breakfast and pack his lunch. then i don't see him until it's dark! i treasure the time i have with him on the weekends. although it's hard not being able to spend much time with him, it's such a blessing to be living here. we are surrounded by such wonderful people and who can complain when it's beautiful weather here?!

sounds like our summers are so similar! i hate the long hours they work.. and the only day he has off is the only day we can't really do much (sunday!)

ReplyDeletethe weather there looks wonderful! it's hard having a spouse that's gone all the time, that was me last year. i worked but not much and my husband was sometimes gone from 7 am to 10 pm : ( it's hard but it makes the time you do get together so so cherished!
