i have mixed feelings about this summer; it's been bittersweet. i love that i've been back at home in seattle and spending time with my family. it's weird thinking that this is the last time i'll be living with them. after august 25th, it'll be kevin and me just visiting my family. i'm excited for the next chapter in my life and for starting a new family with my best friend. wedding countdown: 6 weeks!!

this summer has also been very hard at times with having my good friends either out of the country, married or busy working. our summers all together aren't what they used to be back in high school consisting of going to lake sammamish, eating little cesears pizza at the drive in movies and the weekly bonfires. life moves on-- we're growing up and experiencing- it's a bittersweet thing but luckily, all of us girls have stayed close friends and are always there for each other no matter what. what a blessing.
