we finally have moved into our new apartment here in Sacramento! i'm loving it already and the summer has barely started.

it was so fun visiting seattle for a few days. we took a day to visit downtown pike place market. i love walking around that place, especially during spring when they have such beautiful flowers. we weren't lucky enough to have sunny weather that day, but we got the seattle rain!

time to brag.
this man is the biggest blessing in my life. everyday he makes sure to tell me how much he loves me. marriage is such a beautiful thing where two people learn and grow together. any trials i go through i know i will always have him to lean on. he is completely supportive of my goals, dreams and accomplishments. i couldn't have asked for a better man to spend the rest of my life with.

in a little less than a week, we will be done with finals, moved out and away from idaho! i'm photographing a wedding in seattle next weekend so we'll be visiting for a few days. so happy to be back in that beautiful city for a bit!

you don't realize how much stuff you have, between two people after 7 months of marriage, until you have to pack it all up and put it in storage. we've created a donate pile for the randoms that we don't want anymore. one man's junk is another man's treasure, right? thank goodness.

now it's back to working on my finals and celebrating the finish of kevin's very successful internship. i'm so proud of him. 

it was our first time as a married couple to celebrate easter! so instead of eating easter dinner by ourselves, we invited 3 other couples to join us. earlier that day we attended church and wore our easter colors. kevin had picked out his ultimate easter tie (that was brown and blue.. totally not spring colors) so i grabbed his pink tie from my sister's wedding and had him wear that one. so yes, we matched.

it was such a wonderful spring day. i loved that we spent time with friends that will be with us this summer. but most importantly, i love this easter holiday to remember the reason we celebrate, Christ. this video brought tears to my eyes and i am so thankful for Christ's sacrifice for all of us. Easter is such a good reminder for us.
