DIY easy stained coffee table

guess what? we finally finished our coffee table! i tell ya, it looks easy to make but it was difficult. neither of us are craftsmen, so it was many lessons learned in the making of this future family heirloom coffee table. several worn out screws and 3 broken drill bits later, we were happy to display it in our apartment for our pizza get together last night with friends.

~2x4feet
bought the metal legs on sale here: hairpin legs
wood from Home Depot
this cost us only $30 to make!
