last night we went to bed to a messy apartment. this morning i woke up to a sparkling clean apartment. did the cleaning fairy come?! nope, it was my wonderful husband! he's a keeper :)
so instead of spending my saturday morning cleaning like i had planned, i decided to give this little blog of ours a facelift! what do you think? i really wanted a fresh and different simple layout and i'm super excited and happy about it. there are a couple touches to be made but for now, i'm going to spend the rest of the day with kevin. it's been such a busy semester being out of town different weekends, sometimes apart from each other, that i really miss spending quality time with my best friend. so today is that kind of a day. (i sense R date is coming up on the blog soon!)

my sister just got engaged!! i'm so excited and so happy for her and adam. wedding #2 is coming up in january! 
i had my friend Camilla (isn't she amazing at videography?!) come and record the proposal.
