puerto rico is such a beautiful place. i fell in love with the colored buildings and the old brick roads. we did a lot of walking around the old forts. there is so much history within those weathered down walls and it was fascinating picturing how things must have been centuries ago. after spending time at the forts, we walked around downtown old san juan. instead of buying a bunch of souvenirs, we decided to pick out the prettiest postcards from each place we visited on our cruise to frame and put on our walls. the cruise ship didn't leave until 10pm that day, so we walked around until dusk then headed back to the ship to eat. the streets lit up at night were gorgeous.
Puerto Rico was one of our favorite spots. We ended up just walking around and going to the forts too and everywhere was a beautiful photo opportunity.
